1. Permission to Use Likeness:
I hereby grant Dream Fuel Marketing, LLC (“Dream Fuel Marketing”) full permission to record, photograph, film, and capture my image, voice, name, statements, and likeness (“Content”) during the session. I authorize Dream Fuel Marketing to use this Content in any media format, including social media, advertising, promotional materials, websites, digital products, documentaries, short-form content, podcasts, and future projects. This permission is worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and may be used for commercial, editorial, and promotional purposes.
2. Rights to Edit & Modify Content:
Dream Fuel Marketing may edit, crop, enhance, mix, alter, or combine this Content with other media without my approval. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product.
3. No Compensation:
I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and will not receive payment or royalties now or in the future.
4. Release of Liability Personal:
I release Dream Fuel Marketing and all associated partners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims related to the use of my likeness, emotional distress, defamation, misrepresentation, invasion of privacy, or any editing, distribution, or promotion involving the Content.
5. Location Release:
I acknowledge and agree that the location where filming or photography occurs (“the Location”) is released from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions connected to my presence at the Location, accidents or incidents occurring before, during, or after filming, the use of the Location in Dream Fuel Marketing's final Content, or any association created by the Content. I agree not to pursue claims against the Location owner(s), management, staff, or affiliates.
6. Consent to Digital Signature:
By signing this form electronically, I acknowledge that my digital signature is legally binding, I am at least 18 years old or have a guardian signing for me, and I understand and agree to all terms above.
