Building a Stronger Brand for the Vero Beach Christmas Parade
The Vero Beach Christmas Parade is one of Indian River County’s most beloved annual traditions, hosted by the Sunrise Rotary of Vero Beach. Each holiday season, thousands of spectators line the streets to enjoy festive floats, marching bands, and performances that celebrate the spirit of community. While the Parade had decades of history, its online presence and branding needed a refresh to reflect the scale and excitement of the event.
We designed and launched a custom, mobile-responsive website to serve as the central hub for all Parade information. The site includes participant registration, sponsorship opportunities, route details, and live-stream access. With festive branding and easy navigation, the website makes it simple for the community to connect and stay informed.
A Cohesive Brand Identity
To strengthen recognition, we created a new logo and full graphic design package. This cohesive identity extended across digital platforms, print materials, signage, and merchandise, ensuring the Parade looked polished and professional both online and in person.
Video Production and Event Management
Our work extended beyond design into video production and live-streaming, helping the Parade connect with audiences far beyond Vero Beach. Over the last three years, live broadcasts have garnered more than 800,000 views combined, making the event one of the most visible holiday traditions in the region. To add personality and local flair, our founder Tamara Darress has served as both the production manager and MC, bringing warmth and energy to the broadcast. This year the Parade will be expanded into a full-scale production and show experience, drawing comparisons to the iconic Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Year-Round Visibility With Google Ad Grants
We also secured and manage the Google Ad Grants account for Sunrise Rotary, ensuring up to $10,000 per month in free advertising is used strategically. These campaigns promote the Parade, attract sponsors, increase attendance, and highlight Rotary’s broader mission of community service, delivering long-term value through nonprofit digital marketing.
